Step 1. Open an Account!
You can open up an Interactive Investor account through this link.
Once you own shares in a company on your platform you will be able to engage with proxy voting at that company's AGM (make sure to check whether the platform your using offers proxy voting in the regions you want to invest).
If you already have an account move straight to Step 2!
Step 2. Voting Mailbox
Open up the Portfolio ribbon bar on the main dashboard on the Webapp
Find and click on the Voting Mailbox
Within the Mobile App the Voting Mailbox can be found by navigating to your profile
Interactive Investor will also send email notifications when a vote occurs in your portfolio
Step 3. Discover Votes
Find out about all the votes you can be and have been involved in
Open up individual company votes
See when you need to vote by
Step 4. Vote your Shares!
You will then be taken you to a new external page via a proxy voting provider where you can vote according to your preference.
You should be notified of upcoming votes via email.
